Warranty & Return Policy

All of our products carry one-year limited quality warranty. It assures customers that the products will conform to the published specifications and will be free from factory defects for one-year period since the delivery.

We will be willing to replace (within 3 months) or repair (after 3 months) the defectives. But customers will have to pay for the fee of returning the defectives to LETEL, and LETEL will pay for the fee of sending the replacements. As for distributors, please aggregate defectives to 10 units or more before exchanging.

However, any artificial damages to the products are excluded to warranty and return policy, and customers will be required to pay for the repair and delivery expense.
